Thanks to Marcus who helped us when shopping. Visiting from Pennsylvania. Made me and my dog feel welcome.
The groomer was so gentle with my elderly dog. We were pleased with the Banfield vet services as well. Everyone was helpful and nice throughout the store.
TERRIBLE GROOMING!!!- on Dec.23 they SHAVED our dog's whole body & ears ( she went for cut and only some knots on her feet ) - my daughter and I were in shock,crying ,we couldn't recognize her ,it was terrible :(She was shaking for 3 days straight, my husband talked to the manager later and got the same answer-that she was matted all over which was not TRUE!!!! and also charged me for a bandanna and bows ( on shaved ears !!! ) that I didn't want!!!! DONE with PETSMART!!!!
Nothing like getting a kitten for my daughter. Only to see 3 days later worms. And then the blaming games start. Its not our problem its The Humane society of north myrtle beach. And then the humane society blamed pet smart for not cleaning cages correct. Then u was told to just bring the kitten back. Really?
For the 4th time in 4 months, I have come to buy food for my dog and have found food that expired back in 2015. This time, there were maggots crawling on the bags. I bring it to the manager's attention every time, but it seems like the problem is not being fixed. I'll be contacting corporate for the 3rd time about this, but it is obvious they aren't concerned that this store is selling bad food.
Very disappointed in the grooming department. When I came in and made an appt. to get my dog bathed, the only health questions they asked was about rabies. Now a week later when I drive 30 minutes there to drop my dog off for her bath, they ask about heart worms and then say they can't take her due to her being positive. No one asked the question even when they call to remind you of your appt. This should also be a question you ask before making an appt. I will not bring my dog back after this. Grooming was horrible. They charged me for services I didn't even want. And didn't do the services I ask for. When I spoke to the manager she said sorry that's what we did that's what you have to pay for. I will never go back to that location again.
