Online order pick up is a nightmare here. It’s faster and less of a cluster to just shop in store and check out on your own, which pretty much negates the point of online ordering. The employees are usually rude with the exception of the young blonde guy who’s always working the first register. I’m done shopping at this location.

Visited this particular petsmart the first part of this week and although the staff were helpful, how can you allow your staff and dogs to stay in a building without ac? That's ridiculous! Fix your air petsmart, sooner than later before you have a cluster!!!

Lady, well 2 of them were nasty, refused to exchange collar/leash said the collar was filthy, and the dog must of chewed through the leash, there kong products, so clearly will not ever shop there. Was going to buy food, treats, and toys. Disappointed in customer service.
It's great place for my toy poodles health care. Very gentle and kind with her.
Took the Pups in to get their nails Done... The two girls we had did a great job... I didn't get there names (Sorry girls)..
