Never will I ever shop at one of these stores again. After all the times I've shopped here I have never had a problem until today. The manager on duty Danielle was very rude and did not try to do anything to help me with my return. If anything the girl at the register and the manager was making it seem like I was trying to pull a scam on them with a $36.99 purchase. Clearly they had no logic and no common sense. If ever having to return anything I'd advise people to not shop here.
Went in to return an item. Went out to find my debit card and came back in to the 2 cashiers talking about me. They quickly stopped talking and parted ways. I pretended to not hear them. That was clearly unprofessional. I paid with my debit card and asked for cash back. I checked back of receipt before going in to see if that was an option. It was but they said it wasn't. Horrible Asian women grooming dog!!! I cried watching her groom a poodle. Wish I knew the owners!!! That poor puppy yelped. She pulled hair so hard brushing his ears. He almost fell off table twice!! She never spoke to poor baby!! She should never be allowed to groom! I will never shop in your store ever again and I'll share with anyone in Greenville! I will also put it on social media as well!!! Disgusting
I think if you make an apt. To have your dog groomed. First find out who u are speaking with. Then tell them exactly what u want done, ask if they understand you. Then ask them to repeat everything you said.like we did when our children were small. There is nothing I hat more than wasting time. I made an apt. And they had her down for just a bath. I can do that myself.
