The service they provided to us in the grooming department was inaccurate and we made the mistake of complaining to the manager who barely assisted us, no apology or empathy. On two different occassions they cut our dog (didn't tell us that they did), didn't cut their nails like we paid for and shaved one dog shorter than we asked. We decided to give them one last try and called to make an appointment but they stated they wouldn't groom our dogs anymore because we complained last time. Thank you Petsmart on Chad Drive for hosting our adoptable rescue kitties in your cattery. You were featured in the filming today of KVAL-TV's feature on Black Cat Appreciation Day (can't embed the link here though). Come visit black panther beauty "Chett" and his bonded sister "Bat Girl" as well as many other adoptable rescue kitties at this location and online at westcoastdogandcat dot org.
The employees consistently go over and beyond when it comes to service, friendliness and helpful advice/suggestions. I am ALWAYS treated like family everytime I enter this store.
I go to PetSmart at least twice/month for quality holistic kitty food as well as Friskies wet food. There are always coupons & sales to take advantage of. Make sure to sign up for the PetPerks rewards program.
