Been shopping here for many (20+) years & will not be going back. I'm done with unruly dogs and stupid owners wandering aimlessly on every isle. Nice staff but way too young to police these idiots with their unruly dogs.

At first, I thought shopping here was going well. Everyone kept their distance. All employees were kind/polite and wearing masks. Then I got to the register, where the employee was not wearing gloves or a mask. They did not have a shield, either. I felt very unsafe and will not shop here, if I see that no corrects are made to further protect customers.

RecommendedI got great customer services when I was looking for a good dog food in my price range. Then they took and loaded it in my car.
I took my dog in to get groomed and they did exactly what I wanted and nothing else! Everyone who works there is very nice and knowledgeable!
Your fish department employee desperately needs a class or two in manners and customer service. My 5 kids under the age of 10 are more polite than that. You made a super happy birthday boy and his siblings experience to your store a terrible one. It’s really not that hard to say nice things instead of insulting parents in front of their children. Ridiculously awful to say the least, I hope you don’t talk to your own family that way. We will not be visiting your store or any PetSmarts. Very disappointing.
I went in yesterday 5/13/19 to buy some new friends for my son in the fish department. the lady with the glasses working there was so very unprofessional and REFUSED TO HELP US AND REFUSED ME OF BUYING SOME ALL DUE TO ME NOT KNOWING HOW BIG MY TANK WAS!? . It broke my sons heart her saying no to him. she ABSOLUTELY NEEDS TO BE RE EVALUATED TO WORK THERE! we will most definitely not ever be coming back due to the very unfriendly workers.
I love this place! I love all the girls in the grooming department! Thank you to everyone who works here for everything you do each day!!! 🖤🐾🐶
