The so called "doctors" at the Newport location are rude and not helpful. If you want real pet car go to a real veterinarian.
I bought a bearded dragon for here 15 days ago and he died this morning. There Policy Is 14 Days So They Can't Help me.. This Is A joke!! There animals are not quality like they claim and I will never step foot in there again and I will make sure I tell everyone how unhelpful and there have no compassion for people or the animals!! The manager Debbie is a real treat!! I hope they go out of business soon. .
