Bought my beardie there January 1st, and she died today only 19 days of having her!!!!!!
RecommendedCrystal did so good with my 8 month baby German Shepard during his first grooming . All the grooming ladies were nice and took very special care of him. I recommend this one out of any Petsmarts in NKY! plus the cashier Phoebe was so nice as well!!
The staff is friendly and treats the dogs well. Norman always gets a good haircut there 😊
Pet owners, I highly encourage you to save yourself time and money by choosing a different grooming service! For starters, let me say I've left an "okay service" review in the past which basically discussed how PetSmart groomers at the Newport location don't take the time to introduce themselves to you and your pets prior to grooming services. Staff was very helpful... especially with the staff reductions since the pandemic... hard work and very caring about the best thing for animals.
I highly recommend the Newport KY location. I ordered a bag of dog food online and when I arrived there, I called. Liz was extremely pleasant and loaded my order into the car and closed the trunk. AMAZING SERVICE at this time when it is not safe to mix with people. THANK YOU!! Much appreciated.
Great visit today! Becca and Dr. Uebelhor and her assistant were absolutely incredible today treating Alvin!
