RecommendedJust had to return a bag of dog food. My mistake I purchased the wrong kind and didn’t realize it until after I had opened it. They happily exchanged it for the correct one.
They always take excellent care of my pet and do the best grooming. Never disappointed.
We have had our dog groomed at the Hillsboro, Oregon Petsmart for several years. We were regular customers of the store, as well. A few weeks ago this store's grooming manager said that our dog cannot be groomed there ever again. Their new grooming policy is to stop grooming a dog if they are showing the least little bit of anxiety. Our dog just shakes a little. We will never set foot inside of any Pet Smart store because of this policy. You have lost our business, as well as other dog owners.
I adopted my 4-year-old cat, Valentina, here a month ago and I love her so much! The adoption process was smooth and I got to know Tina before deciding if it would be a good fit. She has adjusted so well thanks to the advice I took from the woman who helped me adopt. Tina loves to play, eat, and sleep, and she loves people! Oh and she thinks everything is hers now. I’m so happy with my sweet little fur baby. � Thank you, PetSmart, for helping me find my perfect cat!
We were there looking for a new dog food. Our dog has a chicken allergy and her last food changed the formula and added chicken to the ingredients. Finding a brand that does not have chicken or chicken by-product in it is extremely difficult. I tried to find someone that could help us but could never find an employee available. No one stopped to check how we were doing. We did manage to fine a dry food and a wet food that are chicken free. It might have been a bit easier had we had some help from a sales person.
