We were there looking for a new dog food. Our dog has a chicken allergy and her last food changed the formula and added chicken to the ingredients. Finding a brand that does not have chicken or chicken by-product in it is extremely difficult. I tried to find someone that could help us but could never find an employee available. No one stopped to check how we were doing. We did manage to fine a dry food and a wet food that are chicken free. It might have been a bit easier had we had some help from a sales person.

I love this location. All of the petsmart store, groomers and banfeild staff are wonderful. They've taken great care of my two dogs and two cats.

I have had the best experience at this petsmart. I adopted my dog Storm in August of 2015. We started beginner class in September of 2015. Since then we have completed beginner, intermediate, and advance class. The trainer Melanie has been amazing. She is so understand and she loves animals. Today my Storm was able to pass the good canine test. I am so appreciative of all the love and support from Melanie. I would recommend everyone to attain Melanie's training classes they are well worth the money.
