We did dog training with Jenn and she did a wonderful job with our scared mastiff pitty mix. She was very attentive to his needs and found ways around making him do things he was not comfortable with at the same time teaching him the same skills as other patrons in class. My 11 year old daughter did most of the training and I was very impressed at how much Jenn encouraged her to keep trying and keep practicing. RecommendedJust had to return a bag of dog food. My mistake I purchased the wrong kind and didn’t realize it until after I had opened it. They happily exchanged it for the correct one.
They always take excellent care of my pet and do the best grooming. Never disappointed.
We have had our dog groomed at the Hillsboro, Oregon Petsmart for several years. We were regular customers of the store, as well. A few weeks ago this store's grooming manager said that our dog cannot be groomed there ever again. Their new grooming policy is to stop grooming a dog if they are showing the least little bit of anxiety. Our dog just shakes a little. We will never set foot inside of any Pet Smart store because of this policy. You have lost our business, as well as other dog owners.
I adopted my 4-year-old cat, Valentina, here a month ago and I love her so much! The adoption process was smooth and I got to know Tina before deciding if it would be a good fit. She has adjusted so well thanks to the advice I took from the woman who helped me adopt. Tina loves to play, eat, and sleep, and she loves people! Oh and she thinks everything is hers now. I’m so happy with my sweet little fur baby. � Thank you, PetSmart, for helping me find my perfect cat!
