We brought our dog here to be groomed today and it was a disaster. She had been groomed here before but our usual groomer had moved on and we were assured the new groomer had experience with our breed of dog and 3hours later we would be done. 4 1/2hours later we found out the groomer was a trainee and discovered the complete opposite of what we asked for. I take my dog to get groomed here and they take excellent care of him. I love Marlee and Karrie! Ask for either one of them! They take your concerns and what you want to heart and make sure your pup is taken care of!
