they have no idea how to groom dogs. I paid for a full groom told them exactly what I wanted paid for a nail grind didn't get it and they acted dumb when confronted
It only takes ONE fn employee person to ruin usually a good decent experience! Employ non bad attitude snobbish help who don’t think they know it all and ones that can handle pets of all kinds. The in store grooming experience was by far the WORST yet!!
RecommendedThey have a large selection of cat products for every taste and every budget. I give them 5 paws. Also, they were PACKED during the hoarding virus. The lines were long, and people were impatient. The youngsters working were still helpful, positive and upbeat. I don't even live in Bend anymore. I had to go back over the mountain for cat food for myself and my friend because Portland is OUT
their dog trainers. Today working with a aggressive dog at the entry door. I had a 3 month old pup. not good.
My groomer worked there for 7 years her service dog Jesse James brought in more then half the customer base and they laughed at her when he passed away to the clients of Jenna she is now at Redmond Petco they won’t let her contact her customer base because that would be taking money from PetSmart which they don’t wanna lose but hey when you run a pet store and laugh about an animal dying and asking for proof you don’t deserve customers so she works in Redmond now at Petco :)
I bought 6 koi and some feeder fish on Friday the 27th of July. I had to stop in and say that Rick (I believe that’s what his name was), was excellent in his patience of me deciding which Koi I wanted and did a great job fishing them out for me. I was just impressed with his patience and kindness. Thanks!
Zeek has always come out of grooming a handsome boy!! I am always happy!! I was blown away when I received a sweet thank you card with a picture of Zeek from Alexis Reyna!! Thank you for taking care of my boy and being so thoughtful it really made my day �
The Bend PetSmart has the best dog training classes on the west coast. The trainer knows dogs and can help in any situation you may be dealing with. She also creates great tricks classes to keep our dogs' minds thinking (and us, too!).
