I was passing through Lawton and stopped by to check the place out. I walked in and nobody even said hello. No one spoke to me until I reached the register to check out, she only commented on how cute my dog was. She didn't ask if I found everything okay or anything. I'm glad I have other pet store options where I live.
Heather did a wonderful job grooming Flash, our Terrier Mix. She even called after she had done his haircut to ask if she could cut it a little bit shorter than we asked because it didn't look right to her. We agreed and he turned out looking absolutely adorable. Thank you, Heather!
I absolutely love the employees they are always so helpful and very friendly I've seen reviews where people say you can't get anyone to help you that makes no sense there is never a time that I walk through the door that there isn't someone willing to help me
