I ordered a curbside pickup and received an email at 5:50pm that stated my order was ready for pickup. I arrived at the store 8 minutes later only to be completely ignored. The email stated that the store doesn’t close until 7pm. They should update that as PetSmart now closes at 6pm. I get that things will be different because of COVID but I arrived two minutes before closing and my call was NOT answered.
The staff are very friendly and willing to help love the selection of fresh water fish and invertebrates as well as dog and cat foods and supplies
Worst experience ever and their attitudes are just as bad
Just completed beginner puppy training classes and couldn’t be more happy with the experience!! Presslie is the best!! Very knowledgeable and great with the dogs!

Wonderful young lady named Presley Sellers has helped us so much with training our doodle. She has gone above and beyond and I highly recommend her training services.
