I’ve always loved the employees and inviting atmosphere of the store. They always know what direction to point me in for what I need. They are also more knowledgeable about pet care, than the other local pet stores I’ve visited. The employees know me by name, and if not my name, they know me by my dogs name.
The old lady in fish department needs to be fired!!!!!!!! Her job is to sell fish not be a bitch. Went to get my son a new fish and she talked to my husband as if he was a comp idiot. Very rude. And walked off from helping us. Then came back was pissed BC we were still there and tried to tell me my tank wasn't big enough then told me I can't buy new tank BC there would be no algae.my son pointed to the fish he wanted she gave him a different one.then we decided to get a bigger tank she yelled from 3 Iles down he can only be ... read more
Our grooming salon lady was not friendly at all and I think our dog sensed her attitude.. Got here at 5:30 my appointment was at 6:00 and I'm just now leaving with her.
The female senior citizen that works in the fish department needs to relax. Every time I attempt to purchase a fish I'm belittled and harassed by her. She wants to argue over every fish I attempt to buy.
Great Service! I drive here from out of town,and it is every bit of worth it :)
