I made an appointment for my little Shelley. I arrived a few minutes early. The young lady who was waiting on me seemed a little scared of her. We exchanged paperwork and from that point everything just spiraled out of control. She put a leash on her the whole time she acted scared. I used to buy all my cat food from you and always had coupons on my receipt. after several trips and no coupons I ask and was told they send them in e-mail and I have waited almost 6 mo and not even one coupon. I spend about 200.00 a month in your store and the coupons always have me incentive to shop there even tho I live about 50 miles from store. so if you guys do not have time to send me a reason to drive 40 miles out of my way to come to your store I will just shop somewhere else.
Bella is on her 3rd Class! She turns 1 tomorrow and is so sweet and calm! She has learned so much in class! Bianca I an awesome teacher! All the dogs in class listen to her and just KNOW SHE IS THE BOSS!
I want to give a shout out to Hannah for taking such good care of Olive. I have a 13 year old Labradoodle who is definitely on the higher- maintenance side as far as grooming. Hannah takes great care of her. Olive always looks great. Many thanks and I highly recommend.
RecommendedI love the whole experience, but the groomers are what set this place apart! They treat your dog like their own, very professional, and all with hours to accommodate a person that works a full time job! Truly wonderful!
For people thinking pits are not welcome, that is false. All dogs are welcome, either on leash or in the cart.
