Brought my dog in for a follow up appointment after a visit to the emergency vet due to a dog fight. There were 2 issues: scratch on her eye, and this GAPING very visible wound on her neck. The technician somehow missed this and only checked her eye, even when I mentioned I’d like her neck checked too. Never saw the vet - only the tech. RecommendedJulia in the dog grooming area is excellent. We have a dog that is extremely nervous and has been turned away at other places before. But Julia was able to trim his nails! She was great!
Worst customer service ever. Every employee “thinks” they are an expert. By the way I have had fish, frogs and dogs for longer than most employees have been alive. If I ask for you to get a fish out of the tank for me I do not need an interrogation into my life for you to decide if I am “allowed” to have them in my home. Your job is to sell me fish and pet supplies. I hate dealing with the employees at this store.
Everything! We’ve Trained our Dogs there, get all their needs there plus their Christmas Outfits. Always helpful an Pleasant to me.
Spoke wit the groomers on the phone, they stated they would not assist in clipping my dog's nails just because one dew claw was slightly ingrown. Will recommend people take their business elsewhere as they would rather see my dog in pain, than assist him with his dew claw.
Second time in a row where I’ve gone to this Petsmart location, requested assistance to buy fish, and didn’t get any help. I had been waiting for twenty minutes. The employee that came over to the fish section ignored me and helped a couple that came way after me.
