We don't go to PetSmart very often, but each time we do the customer service gets a little worse. Our visit today was the first time we've come and not had someone to help with the fish. We waited about 10 minutes, the cashier paged someone to help us, waited another 5 minutes, the manager paged someone else, left 5 minutes later when no one showed up.
I have owned fish for several years now, but recently there is an employee who always offers her 'professional' opinion and in the end refuses to let me buy any fish. Other employees always let me get the fish i want and don't ask questions. She asked me my tank size and how many fish I already have (20 gallon, 3 small fish) and she told me she would not let me buy any fish because they'd all die due to proximity issues. I have had pets my whole life and have been in and out of different Petsmarts but the one in Logan has been by far the very worst!!! The most horrible service I have ever had I would recommend NEVER shopping there for your pets
