I just called them and was lied to for absolutely no reason. I am Autistic and I told them this, they have great grooming service for my service dog, my medical device. Today I was told I have complained about them cutting my dog and that is never happened. During the Pandemic I could not wear a mask, I came in with a doctors note and showed it to any of the managers and they were rude to me and my husband and they do not understand anything about Autism either. I let our pup’s grooming go because he would bite us and freak out when we tried. I was so worried he would do the same to a professional groomer and put it off. Emily was so great with my dog. He hates his nails trimmed and she got it done like a champion! I’d like her to send me a message here so I know when she works, and I’ll definitely be back when she is on shift.
We had our rescue cat, Buttercup's claws trimmed. Naomi was amazing! Buttercup loved her!

We just had the WORST experience with Petsmart dog groomers. From the paperwork they misinformed us with, to not being able to finish grooming our dog, to still being charged to groom our dog! At first they said we were charged for kenneling the dog. When I spoke with the manager, she said it was for the grooming part that they did get done. ???? Never again. Totally disorganized and the manager was NO help. Really disappointing. They will never get our business again.
