When it come to pocket pets, Katie is your girl. She's guided me through every illness or injuries that my rats have experienced. I don't know what I'd do without my "Rat Lady". :)
I hate how this store runs on a single checkout lane, they rather have the line 20 people long than open another up.
ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY HELFUL. WE TOOK OUR SIBERIAN HUSKY THERE FOR A 6 WEEK TRAINING COURSE IN OBEDIENCE AND SHE LOVED IT. THE INSTRUCTOR WAS WONDERFUL AND IT WAS AFFORDABLE. WE HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND PETSMART TO EVERYONE. WE BUY ALL HER TOYS AND FOOD AND ANYTHING ELSE SHE NEEDS FROM THERE.
