I am severely disappointed with this store's grooming department. Not only did they give me the wrong time for my appointment, but then they refused to take my dogs to groom them. The store manager was very polite and offered to work out this mistake, but the salon manager apparently doesn't care to be bothered and neither returned a message left. So much for customer service.
