All of the staff is great! Amie is a fantastic trainer who truly loves what she does! The groomers do a great job with my Pug Athena! Almost all the staff knows Athena by name and the welcome us both every time we visit. And they have great knowledge and offered confident suggestions when Athena had to change dog food. Only thing this PetSmart is missing is a doggie day camp!
Their trainer Amie is amazing. She is so great with the dogs and just exudes calmness. She was so reassuring about some of the problems we've been having. Our dog loves her and her smelly treats!
We took our dog to be groomed on Monday morning and they did such a horrible job on her belly, legs, and paws that she has horrible razor burn. She has been scratching and biting non-stop since we brought her home. It's so bad that she's made herself bleed and we've had to put the cone of shame on her to get her to stop. We've never had a problem in the past, but we will NOT be bringing our animals back to this location.
Left our dog here for a haircut and wash and when I came back they charged me $65 for no haircut, a bad face and tail groom and a nail trim. They offered to wave the extra $8 the next time we come in but we will not be back. As a hairstylist I always go the extra mile with my clients to ensure their happiness. Poor customer service Petsmart. We will use Petco for all our future pet needs.
