The Good and Average Here are the things I love about PetsMart. Their Doggy Day camp and Pets Hotel are great! I have a high energy, large dog that is kenneled during weekdays. So once a week I take her there to release some energy. She plays with other dogs all day and comes home tired - sometimes snoring before we get out of the parking lot. everything you need for you pets I love petsmart! They have everything one could want for you pets. They have good prices and you can even bring your dog inside the store! They always ask me what kind of dog I have and they just seem to care about animals!
Pretty happy... I just boarded my 6 month old puppy for the first time this weekend and I would say I am pretty happy with my experience at the PetSmart Hotel. He of course was not too happy when I left him and was really excited to pick me up. However, after a couple of minutes of playing around and a quick stop outside to use the bathroom, he was actually begging to go back inside. I took that to mean he must have enjoyed it quite a bit. grooming(awesome manager) Although I had an aweful customer service with the groomer on 119TH .after talking to the manager I was relieved and will return! She handled the situation and addressed my problems.
What Should I Do?? I have taken my dogs to Petsmart for years, but the last experience I had was shocking & terrible! I will NEVER get my dogs groomed or shop there ever again. After I was turned away for the groomers falsely accusing my dogs of being Bully Breeds (One is a lab, one a boxer & the other a shitzu!) Took our fur baby to see Santa today. Staff was friendly, Santa was patient with the more anxious baby’s before us, and my baby enjoyed seeing Santa.
