First time I have taken Boomer to be groomed at PetSmart. He looks great!

Took our fur baby to see Santa today. Staff was friendly, Santa was patient with the more anxious baby’s before us, and my baby enjoyed seeing Santa.
My experience was not good. We won't be going back. When we got home we noticed that are dog was cut from being shaved to close. They also were not completely honest with us.
We used to bring our girls (Letty, Luci, and Salvy) all the time and they know them by name when they see them! The staff is always so friendly and calm around the girls (2 rotties and 2 GSD’s) our girls love going there! We recently moved from Olathe to KCK and although we can’t make the trips out there as often, we will still take the 35 minute drive to socialize the girls and our newest Baby Groot! Always easy to find what I need, except yesterday. Sean was a huge help when I needed my cats special food! He took time with me, was patient, and solved my issue! What a terrific asset you have! �
