We took our puppy to the puppy class at PetSmart. Tim McHenry is a great trainer. We can tell he loves ALL dogs.
Very embarrassing when the cashier tells you that they can not honor your check. I know checks are many times a risk for merchants but when you have been doing business when them for years and even use their Pet perks card. Worst part is no one has given me a good reason for the denial.
A lot of misinformation about animal's health requirements . Shop to get products but do my own research now. Also received fish tank with a leak in it. I am becoming more and more disastisfied with the Petsmart company. Undependable, inaccurate, questionable products and advice.
I was recently in Petsmart which we frequent while visiting my daughter when in Topeka. We had ran out of our Science Diet dog food and I went to buy some. I asked a young lady who works there where it was and she informed me that the store no longer carried it. Me being concerned that maybe something was wrong with the dog food asked why?
