I have taken my English springer spaniel to petsmart for grooming for two years and always received great reviews about his behavior. This time I get get a note that he was a bad dog and isn't allowed back. No phone call no pre warning nothing. They said he bit them but refused to show me any proof of this. I will never shop here again or take my pet back here again.
Generally like this location but received horrible service this time. Will likely not return
