usually recommend Petsmart, because we have been bringing our dog to day camp, BUT found out today when we picked our dog up that there had been a scuffle with an older "grumpy"(their words) dog and OUR dog was isolated and the aggressive dog wasn't! Our dog was also scheduled for nail clipping but they didn't do it, and they told me they were going to only charge ne for half day which they didn't. I told them that they should have called us right away, but they didnt
I was super upset about how the bettas were living, petsmarts across the board neglect these poor little creatures. I asked to speak to a manager and Edwin said he could help. He did ! He took all the bettas every last one off the shelf and had someone treating them and changing their water before I even left the store. Enjoyed the little time away from my r2d2. He went in scruffy and out just handsome as ever. Staff, Bonnie was great. Treated r2d2 like he was her own. He was a happy camper.�
