Petco in cottonwood commons is a much better place to take groom doggies.IMO
Do NOT use the Pets Hotel at Mercantile. My service dog got bit on the eye, nothing was done, they didn’t even tell me when I picked her up. Then last week when she stayed they did not feed her AT ALL and she was there for 10 hours!!!!! Then she was supposed to get an exit bath that I already paid for and did not get it! There is so much more but please don’t trust them with your babies!!! Now they won’t even give me the district managers number so I can tell him!

Horrible store many unqualified and the grooming department is a joke. Go to PETCO. They’ve always treated their customers better. GM never called back or if he/ she did they did not leave a message. Absolutely an awful experience!!!
