I take my Goldendoodle here for doggie day camp and all of his grooming! I've never had a bad experience until yesterday, my dog had gotten groomed and it was not really what I had asked for. I had called and talked to a manager, and they were very accommodating and made things right, they also had him fixed up a little today. Tamla was who fixed his haircut right up! She was so great, I would really recommend her! I am very pleased on the outcome and how petsmart handled everything!
Absolutely RUDE! My daughter wanted to look at the cats. Instead of saying anything the teenybopper pulled the door closed and locked it. We waited to ask what the times where, since they we're posted. She walked right past us. I don't reward rude behavior. So we will go elsewhere for any pet needs.
