Just want to give a GIANT 💩 TO this place. While I am home sick with Covid...I asked my sister to go and pick up cat food. The Cat food is prescription and I do not have the numbers for my prescription. I called and spoke with Peter (a Manager) at 3:04 who stated he understood and would be more then happy to help out. Completely shaved my GoldenDoodle.Would never use their grooming service again. 114 dollars for something I could do at home. Not professional groomers
RecommendedLizza in the grooming department was spectacular! This was my little guys’ 1st time being groomed & he seemed to really enjoy himself. On top of that, he looks and smells a thousand times better. Will definitely be returning to see her!

Santa was great. The grooming department on the other hand, was rude, irrational, and unaccommodating. Take your business elsewhere.
So we took are puppy in for pictures with Santa and over 24 hours later we still don’t have a picture. We call and are told they don’t save the pictures. What happens if you have an issue like this? Why even do it if you have no way to resend if there’s an issue?

The grooming salon is wonderful. Despite being short a groomer, they squeezed my parents dog in for a bath so that we could take her into The memory care facility to have one last visit with my father.
Got a hamster at the store on Tuesday. Adorable critter. Friday night noticed what looked like a bite mark on the paw with swelling. Brought in the critter Saturday morning so the vet can take a look (first had to call numerous times and get transferred and bounced around to even see what to do). The poor hamster has still not been seen. It's now Monday afternoon. Sounds like the store doesn't care to help poor animals in pain, just churn the profit selling healthy ones.
