Bring the dog-pets welcome! You can get supplies for just about any pet you own at this store. And if you dont have a pet, they sell them also. They have a nice cat adoption program, plus they sell birds, fish, reptiles and my personal favorite-hermit crabs! And if you sign up for Pet Rewards, you get some deals on special sales. PROS: Knowledgeable staff, wide selection, good sales CONS:

Told a worker that their care for the snakes they had were incorrect and effecting their health. The ball pythons & corn snakes were so stressed out and their temperatures and humidity were completely off. If a pet store doesn’t even know the basics of animal care, why are they allowed to give advice to beginner reptile owners. DO NOT buy reptiles from here, buy from a breeder or online & do your research. I asked to talk to someone about the care they were receiving and she said “they are cared for” and told me no. First of all, not turning off the lights and counting the till before closing time would be nice. Letting shoppers who have been shopping actually check out before closing would be nice. Not being interrupted spoken over or talked down to also would be super professional. In short I dont think these people care about the pets, the store policies, their jobs or their customers at all. I have absolutley never been treated so badly.

I would recommend Petsmart by the Customer Service has always been good, but I do want to let them know a bag of treats that I bought my dogs last week, had tiny bugs all in the bag. It was Rachael Ray’s Meatball Morsels. :( I, of course, immediately threw them away when I saw the bugs. But I wanted to share this to make sure these don’t somehow make other doggies sick. A picture of the product is in my review.

We have two dogs and we breed angel fish. We go to Petsmart all the time. Our dogs get groomed there and are always happy when they are finished. The cost is starting to get up there though and I wonder how much longer I can afford to take them there to be groomed. Our Silky Terrier needs a haircut at the beginning of the summer to keep cool and our Basset needs his nails ground off. His nails are so thick, they break the hand clippers and the nail grinder that we bought was not powerful enough to even make a dent in them, s... read more

The other day I was shopping for ear cleaner for my dog and couldn’t figure out which to get. An employee passing by with her hands full stopped to offer help and recommended one which I bought. At the register though I was a little confused by the cashier as he asked if I wanted to pay $1 to donate a can of food to their good donation. I just wanted to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the employees and the kind people walking by that helped me get my dog out of my car today... It meant the world to me and my family that our puppy � got out safe.. I really can't thank everybody enough for all the help and support...
