Their grooming staff needs training in customer service! After having my pets groomed at Petsmart for decades I am not going back! Apparently I complain too much. Last month I mentioned that they need to make sure no water gets in their ears because they get infections. And treatment cost a couple of hundred dollars! great pet store,so many choices of pet toys to choose
they could hire some competent workers, like if you offer Santa pet photos, actually have somebody that knows what they're doing, what a disappointment you were, for the time spent, and not receiving our picture, to be told you should have used your cell phone, had I owned one that would have been great, had you not advertised YOU were taking the pictures that would have been great too. total loss ..

I called to set up my puppies nail trim and they said they accepted walk-ins all day. Loaded up my kids and dog and drove across town in 100 degree weather. When I got there they said my dogs rabies tag was not enough proof but they needed paper work from the vet. That would have been nice to know before the large trek. I understand they want proof of rabies shot for safety but since when in a tag not enough?
Sleezeballs that switch product. When a brand name product is advertised for sale through email they switch it out for generic and hide the signs that say the name brand is on sale. Even though email states specific brand, when you call you just get told that "they reserve the right to substitute" and "the manager is too busy" and "we can't do anything on weekends call corporate, but the sale will be over by Monday so it will just be a waste of your time".
