The staff are very nice
Very passionate about saving rescue pets all over NC
Everyone who works here is super friendly and the store always has what l need. I'm so thankful to have a pet supply close to me so l don't have to make the drive to WS anymore. My ONLY complaint about the store is how small and crowded it is but l guess they are just working with what they have.
Manager is rude, doesn't smile, and acts in an adversarial way toward customers. When brought to her attention, she doesn't take responsibility for her employee's mistakes or even apologize. I used to purchase $150+/month in dog food/treats for my two giant breed dogs. Never again. It's less convenient, but I'll take my business back to Pet Supplies Plus.
