RecommendedI brought my Chihuahua/Rat Terrier today for his nails to be cut & buffed. They did an awesome job & was so friendly, sweet & very attentive to my Lil Milo. We will be back.

Frank the store manager is a huge asset to this group. He is very knowledgeable about all the products, helpful, and very professional. He also supports local rescue groups. Great place for going to get exactly what your pet needs!
Most coupons these days are printed off of the Internet. I tried to use one of those coupons at this Petsense just now and they wouldn’t take it because they said it was not an actual coupon. I have never had anyone tell me that before and never had a problem using coupons that I have printed at home. This was a coupon that was actually sent from the manufacturer and I was supposed to be able to use. I will not be going back to Petsense.

There is a female employee, not sure if she is possibly the manager, who has an attitude. I was ready to check out and there were customers already waiting at the register. I walked a few aisles and found her with a customer. Told her there were people waiting to check out and the response was as if I was annoying her. she SLOWLY walked up and took care of our transaction. unfriendly to say the least. Oh... btw... The staff is amazing! Such caring people, the support they give to local rescues is a blessing. They are always there to help if you have any questions or concerns. The care they give thier rescued cats is amazing, they try to make them feel as much as at home as they can! Great place with even greater people!
Definitely my favorite Pet store. Everyone here is always super friendly & helpful. Their prices are the best too. I love taking my dog in here to shop. They always give her lots of love!
