POOR!!!! THEY ARE THREATENING TO ABANDON THE FERAL CATS BEHIND THE STORE - THIS IS AN AWFUL WAY TO TREAT ANY ANIMAL - DO NOT SHOP HERE ANYMORE!!!

The staff is very knowledgeable about all the pet products and if you need special items they do their very best to get what your pet needs. The groom dept are very patient and kind .they work with my large breed who doesn't like a bath , they are very professional. The managers are very kind and go the extra mile.
