I’m not one to write a review, especially a negative one. However, Debi was very rough with our little guy during a nail trim. There was absolutely need to be had she introduced herself to him first instead of grabbing him off the floor and holding him while cutting his nails. He was squirming bc he was so scared and Debi needed the other gal to hold him. He continued to squirm and Debi got so rough with him that she made him bleed. Jake is awesome @ this Location! we took our Molly, our rescue baby in there tonight and Jake promptly helped us find what we came for while being so good to Molly! it was her first trip EVER anywhere away from home and she did great and was way more at ease with an employee like Jake😊.Thanks Jake! we will be back reguarly
