I had a small, easy-to-replace sensor fail on my furnace on Christmas Eve, and called everywhere to see if someone could replace it or at least sell me the part so I could replace it. As you can imagine, no one was available on Christmas Eve, and no one was willing to even sell me the part. I finally found Petsche Heating & Cooling, and even though he was busy with family, he interupted his day to sell me the part.
