Great customer service! And the only pet store in the area where I can find quality food formy dogs.
Absolutely AMAZING service from every single staff member, every single time I've interacted with one. I'm especially impressed with the two young men that have helped me at each store on separate occasions. Great prices but what sets these stores apart is their friendly customer service. The staff is also very knowledgeable. This business sets the standard for how a mom and pop shop should be run!
I recently moved to the area and discovered this store. My dogs are on very strict diets for medical reasons and the staff was so knowledgeable and helpful and very patient with all my questions. You don't find this kind of service in big box chain stores. Thanks for helping me finally find food that works for my FurBabies!!
