They care about their customers. They allowed me to return food my dog could no longer use because she got sick (has to be on special food now). They were genuinely concerned about her and asked questions. Will recommend to anyone.

Just there today for over an hour...catching up with Jeremy, loved talking with Fred and April, petting Grizzly and watching the cats run around. Oh yeah, bought food for the animals.
I go in with only one item to buy, and I end up leaving with a whole bunch of great supplies but I can only buy there
