RecommendedI highly recommend Dr. Z. But when I received a follow up call today from one of the ladies it was an ok experience. She asked me follow up questions on how my dog is doing, everything was alright till I informed her that I misread the instructions on the med dose and missed a dose....her answer "well that's not our responsibility" fair enough my fault I admit. We are new to this office, the entire staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Z explains all procedures and results, staff Gives follow up calls to see how pets are doing. My dog Kylie and I are very pleased. Greg H.

I unfortunately had to make the difficult decision of putting down my 15 year old cockapoo, Norman. I am very grateful I took Norman to Pets R Family. The staff was understanding and empathetic. They let me lay with my baby for as long as I wanted, both before the procedure and after he passed. They also helped me schedule and pick up Norman’s cremated remains. I will be forever in their debt for the way they treated my family and I. I have no reservations about recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Z named his business correctly. He treats his patients like family. He is so incredibly kind, patient, and caring with our sweet pup, Copper. One thing that makes him stand apart is you don’t feel like you get lost in here, like a number, like you often do at bigger vet businesses. Dr. Z and his staff are amazing. I always take Milo, my young puppy here for all his regular veterinarian visits or emergency visits. The atmosphere is wonderful, very clean clinic, short wait time and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Dr. Z for your pet care.
