So I rarely take the time to write up bad reviews. In fact, this is my first. I had a horrible experience on July 13th. My cat was quite sick. I took her in an explained that I had a budget of $170. I asked if they allowed payment plans, understandably the answer was no. I asked if anything could be done for my cat until I'd have more money to pay the exorbitant amount that they charge for services. Something like pain management, in the interim. Since I live very close to Charlottesville, Dr. Morse is not my regular veterinarian. However, he has done show crops on four of my American Staffordshire Terriers and, hands down, is the best. It is quite a hike, but he and his staff are so incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, warm and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional staff and an excellent veterinarian.
