I took my pets to this clinic a year ago. My pets and I spent over 2 hours in the car waiting to be assisted. The technician came out and took my pets inside the clinic while I had to wait outside. At the end, Dr. Smith comes out with updates, also to complain that he tried to cut my dog's nails (which I never requested!) and got scratched. Dr. Smith, don't you think is normal to have that reaction from a pet you separated from his owner? In addition, I was given one estimation over the phone and charged another -$200 more!... read more
My pets and I had one of the worse customer experience and service ever received. Dr. Learman, the owner, was extremely rude and unprofessional, followed by Dr. Smith who takes everything as a joke. Dr. Smith separates you from your pet when all government offices are open, then he complains about your pet who is scared to be left alone with him. The cost of services is very unpredictable and you usually ending paying for unnecessary and unwanted services and products. They are asking for your feedback and when you tell them... read more
