Took my Golden Retriever here for the first time. The staff was absolutely wonderful! BUT, they did a botched job on him. He was matted bad, and I figured he would have to get shaven. They shaved him alright, and not in a good way. Not even cuts, he is still matted in lots of places, big chunks of fur in random places. It honestly looks like my toddler took a razor to him!!! My dog is my baby, and I want to cry when I look at him, I’m so embarrassed to even bring him out in public now. 😭 My poor baby.
