They are the best. They always give us peace of mind when our fur babies are with them.
Richard and Shane took care of Sheba every day since she was a puppy. When Richard found out my late husband was suffering with cancer he kept Sheba many times for free. Both are now in heaven together. I thank you Richard for your care and friendship. Sheba found a new family who loved her until she passed on. I will never forget you.
Prices are to high. The longer he talked the more he went up on prices. $59-79 for grooming. You can't be serious.

Our prices are pretty competitive and fair, I'm sorry for any confusion we may have given you. Just to be clear, bath prices range $29-$39+, extras available like deshedding (separate pirce). Our Harcuts range from $55+ for a Sanitary Trim to $69+ for a Breed Specific Cut and $75+ for a Full Body Shavedown or Summer Cut. They tried to tell me my female dog was uncooperative and skittish of the male worker. She has been in daycare all of her life, with male workers. They didn't care to consider it was their employee and not my dog.

It's never an easy decision to tell owners about their pet's conduct, but we try to be as transparent as possible. Your pet may have done well at other places, but the new environment and new people (not just the men, but the women too) was a situation that overwhelmed her. She was skittish towards the dogs and employees, and it's our responsibility to inform you of that.
