The staff treated us like family. My sisters dog was very sick and we had to tough decision. They are awesome there. And we thank them so much during this tough time.
They were awesome getting me (a new customer) in right away. I will be a permanent customer. They took top care of my baby and he is feeling so much better!!! Thank you Pet Paws! Their staff is so nice & caring.

My little pup got bitten on tues n it was too late to go to a vet. (My vet is in the woodlands as I just move to Conroe in September). I called them in morning n they said bring her in. Not a serious bite but a bite nonetheless n she was extremely sore n traumatized. They were gentle n sweet with us both! So impressed I had my sister bring in her two pups for their annual exams n shots. She agrees definitely super doctor n staff! We are very pleased with the whole scenario! Thank you �. IMPORTANT REVIEW (PLEASE READ ALL) Brandy (Chihuahua) older, seen Pets Paw (Dr Foster) for years, great health, well taken care of, well behaved, inside dog. Brandy started urinating inside a week ago (unusual) Knew a problem, not sure what. Didn't seem in pain but took her to ER ANIMAL HOSPITAL CONROE. Oct 17th. Sunday. Saw Dr Henson. Explained concerns. I've been using them for 14 years now and always a good experience. You can tell they love their patients like family. And their prices are very reasonable from what I hear from friends who have gone elsewhere.
Today was a very hard day for my family. We had to put our sweet Guinea pig down but the staff, tech and vet were amazing!!! The vet sat with us and explained all of our options. They made the process so much comfortable for my 11 year old daughter and I. It's never easy to lose a family pet but they just were awesome. The tech hugged my daughter and cried with her. I will forever be grateful for her. Thank you for all y'all do and when our hearts are ready to get another Guinea pig we will for sure be bringing them here.
