THIS PLACE IS AWESOME FOR MY RABBIT! The staff is friendly, the place is clean, & their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone with a bunny. We all know how hard a good bunny vet is to find! I had been taking my rabbit to another vet on the other side of town, who really doesn't know a whole lot about them. RecommendedI had an absolutely fantastic experience here! My poor baby bearded dragon got a “clean” bill of health at a previous vet after a 5 minute appointment that cost me a lot of money. I found Pets Paw Animal hospital for a second opinion and was so happy with the service we got! Everyone was so friendly and kind, the place was clean and festive for Halloween, the staff were very helpful and the check up was thorough. This is the ONLY place I will ever take my pets ! They truly go above and beyond for their clients and treat you with the upmost respect, not to mention they have no intention of making you spend unnecessary money , all 3 of my pets go here and they remember them by name every time , they are hands down the BEST vet office in Conroe if not the entire Montgomery county ! 10/10 recommend!!!
Awesome Staff and Compassionate too
I had an awful experience from the second I walked in. The receptionist just looked at me and asked what I wanted while rolling her eyes at me. After I told her we already spoke on the phone she then gave me the paperwork to fill out. I tried explaining to her that I didn’t know exact dates and where they got their shots off the top of my head but it was on the paper work I gave her. We have been taking our dogs and parrot here for years, they are amazing and really get to know the pets and the parents. Not only are they very personable and kind, they do a good job and keep our pets healthy! Thank you all at pets paw!
Best place I’ve ever dealt with for my pets. Everyone was kind and caring toward me and my animals. Very professional establishment as they have you in and out in no time with no hassle. They fill you in on how prescribed meds given to you will help your animals and let you know what to look for specifically. Everyone is very knowledgeable and are just great people all around.
