I was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the individual who answered the phone. The interaction felt curt and unnecessarily unpleasant. If this is the experience that prospective clients receive when trying to schedule an appointment, it’s difficult to understand how the practice retains business. She has ALWAYS been patient with them, fully explains her findings & recommendations.if needed & answers all of your questions. She's extremely gentle, respectful of you & treats your animal with the utmost love & care.
