I visited POP yesterday, we took in a stray cat and he was having problems adjusting to a litter box. I've only owned one cat before & it was for a short time. I had a lot of questions.. Kelsey was working, and was patient and AWESOME! Very helpful and gave me a ton of useful info on helpin my kitty. It is a tiny place, but there is sooo much stuff packed in. I go to portage at least once a month and will definitely be stopping in each time i go. It's nice when places actually care about animals & takin care of them :) love ... read more
