RecommendedThe staff is always helpful and friendly. I was able to get my cats off of the prescription diet food (that I don't like). Andrea was extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of time investigating my cats needs. I went home with some beautiful food for my cats. My cats LOVE the new food and are tolerating it very well! I am so grateful! I didn't think it would be possible to get them off of the prescription food. Thank you Andrea!
We just went into the new location for the first time. We were the only customers in the building. We walked in with our dog planning to get him a birthday cake and gifts. The 3 girls that were working never greeted us or asked if we needed any assistance finding things. We had to ask them for help as they were chatting away about their own lives disregarding customers. We ended up not even buying the cake as we used to do every year due to their rudeness. Customer service is horrible, unfriendly, and actually rude. We walked in and was in the store for 30 minutes and four young girls stood around the counter chatting and never greeted us, never asked if they could help us find any of their extremely over priced items. I was with my dog and wife and we were ignored. Told them it was his birthday and I got an “oh, you get 15% off then” I had to ask for his free bone. Don’t waste your money or time.
Always a joy to come in! Plus very helpful tried finding my puppy a good chew bone and found one he enjoys!
They carry a wide variety of items and are helpful and friendly. Fun going in the store.
Very knowledgeable staff & the pet food is made & sourced in the USA. You can feel confident that whatever you buy for your pet will be top of the line.
