I bought a cake for my baby’s first birthday here. Ordered it three weeks prior. Said I wanted the cake in the picture with purple frosting. I got a cake covered in yellow and was nothing like the picture. I took it back and explained how this was not what I ordered three weeks prior and was rudely told that it wasn’t their problem, the person that took the order was new so it wasn’t their fault the order was placed wrong and that since their baker was gone until the following week that they would not fix it. Beautiful new store, they have everything and their spa room is amazing. Taking my Weimaraner/Lab cross Luna for her bath and grooming, in their new facility, saved my back and time cleaning my bathroom at home. What would usually feel like hours at home was completed in less than 30 minutes. We both left smelling good and dry! Thank you for your private DIY grooming room. We will be back. ❤️👍🏼
