Cheryl is amazing. Sensitive, intelligent, adaptable and warm. Took us from a tragic farewell of our 15 year old pet to a warm and professional closure. Great to do at home. Use professionals for euthanasia. Some vets don’t have the spiritual capability.
When we were sure that our dog, Ginger, was ready to go, Dr. Ramos came to our house. She made Ginger comfortable and explained the whole process. My five year old granddaughter wanted to be part of the experience and Dr. Ramos did an amazing job of including my granddaughter and explaining everything for her. I don't need to tell you how much it hurts and it sucks to have to take care of your bestest friend in the end. Brings tears to my eyes thinking about it all, the memories, the happiness, the heartbreak, all of it. In moments like this, few things bring comfort. However, Dr. Cheryl did just that. As sad as it was to put our dear 14 year old cat down. Cheryl was our knight in shining armor. Loving patient explaining walking us through the steps. It's never an easy decision to say goodbye to our fur babies. I contacted Cheryl when I knew that the end was inevitable for my sweet girl. She was so kind and took the time to answer all of my questions when I felt as if my vet was being dismissive.
