Dr. Ramos gave us the best case scenario for a sad moment. She was easy to communicate with ahead of time and provided quick responses via text. She entered our home with kindness and empathy and did everything she could to make the process painless for both us and our beloved girl. After two weeks, we received our Gingers ashes in a beautiful wooden box with her name on it. Highly recommend Dr Ramos for your in-home care departure.
We recently had to say goodbye to our beautiful boy. We didn't want to traumatize him by bringing him into the vet, so we called Dr. Ramos. She was professional, and also kind and caring, and we were able to hold him and comfort him as he went to sleep for the last time. It's never easy to say goodbye, but Dr. Ramos was able to give our boy a peaceful and painless transition.

Cheryl is amazing. Sensitive, intelligent, adaptable and warm. Took us from a tragic farewell of our 15 year old pet to a warm and professional closure. Great to do at home. Use professionals for euthanasia. Some vets don’t have the spiritual capability.
When we were sure that our dog, Ginger, was ready to go, Dr. Ramos came to our house. She made Ginger comfortable and explained the whole process. My five year old granddaughter wanted to be part of the experience and Dr. Ramos did an amazing job of including my granddaughter and explaining everything for her.
