GREAT Pet store! Terrific little shop with many kinds of pet supplies for all different kinds of critters. Lots of different foods, toys, etc. and reasonably priced. Very clean, too. We really like the chicken they are pet-sitting! The young guys that work there are conscientious and friendly and you can tell they care about the animals.
Great Store - Love it! Recently visited the new location to get my yorkie groomed. What a difference!! The new location looks great. Store was clean and the employees were knowledgeable and helpful. Loved the grooming! Always prefer to shop local rather than big box. Keep up the good work!
Knowledgable & Accomodating Pet Store The staff answered the phone immediately, w/o the voice mail stuff, and helped me with questions regarding feces stain removable from our carpeting. When I went to the store for the first time to get the recommended product, my impression was that of a great animal environment for the birds, rabbits, ferrets, and guinea pigs they had there (either boarding or selling) and a very responsive, knowledgeable and accommodating staff that assisted their customers.
Great Store This is a great little store. Has more of a personal feel to it then the big box places that we have come so used to. Prices are competitive, store is clean, and a good selection of pets as well as supplies.

Pets Etc was a great pet store...now going to the dumps... For years, Pets Etc. has been a happy, wonderful family associated environment with great staff and affordable prices. In early 2009 the store was purchased and big bright 'under new ownership' sign appeared in the window.

Overpriced I would not recommend this pet store. The new owner is all about making the buck instead of pleasing the customer. The store is now in a new location & have raised the prices. I bought deer antlers for my 2 jacks there all the time. They have stopped carrying them in bulk & now carry them in packages instead. I was told that people like to buy in packages. The only problem is when they are more $$ I would rather buy in bulk. Buying in bulk is always cheaper.
clean it up! I bought a animal from the pets Etc last week, ($200.00) I havent been there in 6 years, the new owner is doing a poor job. All I wanted to do was get out of there, dirty, dusty, 2 rooster's in a small circle pen, It was very sad. I remember a time when the place was super clean, and the birds where so pretty, and the owner's so nice, they would back there animals up no matter what, and would help you with any problems. I will never return.
