Petrucci's BBQ at the Old School House is the best BBQ in Madera and arguably the Central Valley; you will not be disappointed if you give us a try. The "BBQ Pit" (as we like to call it) is open Saturdays from 9am-3pm. Our menu consists of the BBQ Staples: tri tip, chicken, tri tip sandwiches and sides— scalloped potatoes, green beans, potato salad & peach cobbler. Don't forget to buy a bottle of "Petrucci's Secret Sauce", our well-known BBQ sauce that accompanies any kind of meat perfectly!
